Your Bio

I am a Docent In the California State Parks, Santa Cruz Mountains Division, as well as for the Semperviren's Fund.

Most of my time is spent in Big Basin/Little Basin, though I do frequent Castle Rock and Henry Cowell, especially their Fall Creek Branch.

I usually do Flower/Ecology walks open to the public, the third Saturday (except May, when the Sempervirens Fund has it's birthday bash) and following Sunday of every month, year round, check this web site for walks available to the public and if I am doing my walks that month.

A Wilder walk : Randy Widera, the Executive director of "Friends of California State Parks" non profit, does a once a year walk for the members and staff in Wilder State Park.
I was running late and got there 1 minute before they were to leave, and as I left the parking lot, the first picture shows the representative he left to entertain me (and ensure I was fashionably late). My thanks also to Peggy and Paul for finding all the small critters on these pages, I doubt I would have seen all but one without thier sharp eyes, and help getting the photo's.
